On our platform https://returns.bigblue.co/fudoon, we offer 2 return options:
- or a store credit (which allows you to order another Fudoon item)
- or a refund. We will issue a refund upon receipt of your return. The return processing time can sometimes take several days, you will receive a refund notification by email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the condition in which you received it. We advise you to return it in the original packaging. Please enclose your delivery note and/or order number, which will save us time in processing your return.
You have 14 days to process your return. If 14 days have elapsed since the receipt of your order, we can unfortunately no longer guarantee a refund.
Gift cards and discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.
